Watercrest Senior Living Group Hires Hollie Kemp as Vice President of Dementia Services, Programming

VERO BEACH, Fla. — Watercrest Senior Living Group, a Vero Beach-based developer, owner and operator, has hired Hollie Kemp as vice president of dementia services and programming.

Nationally recognized for her work in Alzheimer’s disease and dementia care programming, Kemp will lead training and programming for the multiple brands under Watercrest’s umbrella. 

Kemp was the winner of Argentum’s 2017 Best of the Best award for the creation of “an innovative (memory care) program which works to improve the future of senior living.” She has nearly 20 years of healthcare experience, having served in operations and corporate memory care leadership roles, skilled nursing, adult daycare and memory care positions, and in the nonprofit sector as director of programs and services for the Alzheimer’s Association. 

Kemp holds a bachelor’s degree in human biology, graduate studies in social work and numerous certifications in Alzheimer’s and dementia care.
