KISSIMMEE, Fla. — Watercrest Senior Living Group and Providence One Partners have entered the final construction phase of Sage Park Assisted Living and Memory Care in the Orlando suburb of Kissimmee.
Williams Co. is nearing completion of the 106,882 square-foot community, as Watercrest — the operator — prepares to welcome residents.
Sage Park Assisted Living and Memory Care will feature 104 assisted living and 24 memory care apartments.
Sage Park Assisted Living and Memory Care is co-owned by the real estate affiliates of Providence One and Watercrest Properties LLC. This is the fourth senior living project for Providence One Partners.
