NEW YORK CITY — White Oak Healthcare Finance LLC, a New York-based lender, has provided a $34.8 million loan for the acquisition of two skilled nursing facilities in Maryland.
The borrower was Vita Healthcare Group, a healthcare provider serving the Northeast.
The portfolio totals 295 beds. The financing included a $31.8 million term loan and a $3 million working capital line of credit.
“Vita has a proven track record of identifying underperforming skilled nursing facilities that can benefit from the oversight of a smaller, regionally focused operator,” says Ross Eldridge, managing director at White Oak.
