LAKE CITY, Minn. — Wildamere Properties has completed construction of Bluffs of Lake City Senior Living, a community along the Mississippi River about 70 miles southeast of Minneapolis.
The community is a three-story, 83,500-square-foot building that includes 42 independent and assisted living apartments along with 24 private memory care apartments.
Welsh Construction of Minneapolis built the $13.4 million project, which Pope Architects designed. Ebenezer Management Services will operate the community.
The community is currently open to new residents and will celebrate a grand opening on Oct. 3.
